01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phtaua website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the phtaua Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with phtaua's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

phtaua reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the phtaua Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. phtaua does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence or physical location at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phtaua, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phtaua Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of phtaua services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the phtaua Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. phtaua will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify phtaua immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

phtaua reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any time. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phtaua may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

• Accepted identity documents include: Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, and Voter's ID.
• Proof of address documents include: utility bills, bank statements, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three (3) months.
• Payment method verification may require screenshots or statements from your GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, or Metrobank account.

04 Deposits and Payments

phtaua accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions on the phtaua Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phtaua does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phtaua accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your phtaua account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, you should contact phtaua customer support with your transaction reference number for assistance.

All funds deposited into your phtaua account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. phtaua reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and suspend the account if a third-party deposit is detected.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

Verified accounts in good standing will have withdrawal requests processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification, or accounts flagged for review, may experience delays of up to five (5) business days while the verification process is completed.

phtaua reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. In such cases, phtaua will notify the player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods not registered in the player's own name.
• phtaua does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by the receiving financial institution are the player's responsibility.
• phtaua reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding ₱50,000.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

phtaua may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all Bonuses offered by phtaua:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.
• phtaua reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Players who self-exclude or request account closure while holding an active Bonus balance will forfeit that Bonus balance.

phtaua takes a zero-tolerance approach to Bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting Bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their Bonus forfeited and their account suspended.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the phtaua Platform — including Fortune Horse, Dinosaur Tycoon, Dragon Fishing, Plants vs Dino, High Roller, Monster Fight, and Happy Fishing — use certified random number generators ("RNG") to determine game outcomes. The RNG systems used by phtaua are independently tested and certified by accredited gaming testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability.

Game outcomes are entirely independent of prior results, player account status, deposit history, or any other external factor. phtaua does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, phtaua will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the player's position to the state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where this is not technically possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance. phtaua's decision in such matters is final.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtaua Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the phtaua Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to phtaua immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any phtaua software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phtaua staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name.

09 Responsible Gaming

phtaua is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the phtaua Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months. Players who self-exclude may not circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account.

phtaua strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. If you are concerned about your gaming behaviour or that of someone you know, we encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform or seek assistance from a qualified support organisation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the phtaua Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of phtaua or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phtaua Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phtaua content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any phtaua content.
• Use any phtaua trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of phtaua intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phtaua.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaua, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phtaua Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond phtaua's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

phtaua's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phtaua's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination and Account Closure

You may close your phtaua account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

phtaua reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• Conduct that phtaua reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed by phtaua due to a breach of these Terms, phtaua reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

13 Amendments to These Terms

phtaua reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phtaua will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the phtaua Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the phtaua website at phtaua.com/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and phtaua, you agree to first contact phtaua's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phtaua will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phtaua from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
